- 🧅 100g onion, finely chopped
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 2-3 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

BƯỚC

Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Finely chop the onion and scallion.
Combine all ingredients except the oil in a bowl.
Knead the mixture vigorously until it becomes sticky and cohesive.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over low heat. Scoop the meat mixture with a spoon and shape as desired.
Cook the meatballs until golden brown on both sides. Avoid overcooking.
Optionally, skewer the cooked meatballs for presentation.
Place the meatballs back in the pan and simmer with the prepared sauce.
Simmer until the sauce thickens and the meatballs are glossy.
Serve with egg yolk for dipping. Optionally drizzle leftover sauce on top.
