- Meat - 🍖 200g ground beef
 
- Vegetables - 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
 
- Canned Goods - 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
 
- Oils & Fats - 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
 
- Dairy - 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
 
- Seasonings - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg

Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Chop onion and mince garlic.
Boil potatoes in water until tender (10-15 minutes). Drain and mash while hot. Mix with milk, butter, salt, and pepper to make mashed potatoes.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onion until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add canned tomatoes, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Simmer covered for 10 minutes, then uncover and cook for 2 minutes to thicken.
Layer the meat mixture in a baking dish, spread mashed potatoes on top, and sprinkle cheese. Bake in a toaster for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
