    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

Julienne the green onion and soak in water, rinsing several times to remove the sharp taste. Drain well.

Mix chili powder, sugar, sesame seeds, vinegar, salt, and sesame oil to create the sauce. Toss the julienned green onion in the sauce.
