  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp red pepper paste
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Optional Ingredients

    • Adequate amount of noodles

Thinly slice onion, cabbage, green onion strips, and perilla leaves. Cut cucumber diagonally, slice chili pepper, and chop carrot into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, mix red pepper powder, red pepper paste, minced garlic, sugar, vinegar, cooking wine, corn syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds until well combined.

Cut moon snails into 2-3 bite-sized pieces.

Add prepared vegetables and moon snails to the seasoning mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Boil noodles, rinse under cold water, and drain thoroughly.

Plate the spicy moon snail mixture and neatly arrange the noodles on top. Serve and enjoy.
