- 🐖 300g stew-cut pork
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 round zucchini
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 2 onions
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
Broth
- 1L anchovy broth
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp doenjang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut potatoes, zucchini, onions, and shiitake mushrooms into large pieces.
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté stew-cut pork with onions.
Add 1 tbsp of gochujang and coat the pork and onions while stirring.
Pour 1L of anchovy broth into the pan and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, zucchini, and shiitake mushrooms.
Add 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp doenjang, and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
