Main Ingredients
- 🌭 10 Vienna sausages
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🥕 1/6 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
BƯỚC
Slice the carrot into thin rounds or half-moons.
Dice the onion into small cubes.
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Prepare garlic by trimming the top and keeping it whole. Halve larger cloves if necessary.
Make diagonal cuts on the sausages: 3–4 for thick sausages, 2–3 for smaller ones.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the carrot, onion, and sausages to the pan in order and stir-fry on high heat.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, sesame oil, black pepper) and add to the pan. Stir-fry on high heat.
Once the sausages start to open up, add the green onion and finish cooking.
Serve the garlic Vienna sausage stir-fry and garnish with sesame seeds.
