    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 chopped green chili peppers

Dry roast 2 cups of dried anchovies in a pan without oil until crispy.

Place the roasted anchovies in a sieve and shake off any crumbs.

Mix the anchovies with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and set aside.

In a saucepan, combine 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp plum extract, 1 tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Heat until the mixture starts to boil.

Add the mayonnaise-coated anchovies to the sauce and stir-fry quickly until evenly coated.

Slice 2 green chili peppers diagonally and add them to the pan. Stir-fry briefly to finish.
