  • Garlic Butter

    • 🧈 14g unsalted butter
    • 13g condensed milk
    • 🧄 13g minced garlic
    • 2 pinches garlic salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Press the tofu gently with your palms to remove excess moisture without tearing it.

Place the tofu slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 14 minutes.

While the tofu is baking, prepare the garlic butter sauce by mixing softened unsalted butter, condensed milk, minced garlic, and garlic salt.

Brush the baked tofu slices with the garlic butter sauce on both sides evenly.

Bake the tofu slices again at 200°C for 2–4 minutes until the sauce caramelizes and turns golden brown.
