- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice

- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
 - 🧅 3 stalks green onion, chopped
 
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce
 - 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
BƯỚC
Trim the root of enoki mushrooms, cut into quarters, and separate into bite-sized pieces. Chop green onions into small pieces.
Heat a frying pan and add enoki mushrooms and drained tuna. Stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add soy sauce, dashi powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
In a bowl, mix warm rice, chopped green onions, and the stir-fried mixture. Serve immediately.
