- Meat - 🍖 100g ground beef or pork
 
- Vegetables - 🍆 1 eggplant
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 🧅 70g onion
 
- Staple - 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
 
- Seasoning - 1.5 tbsp doubanjiang
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- A pinch of pepper
- Cornstarch water as needed
- 💧 200ml water
 
BƯỚC
Marinate ground beef or pork with 1/4 tsp ginger powder, 1/2 tsp oyster sauce, pepper, and sesame oil.
Slice the eggplant and fry it at 170°C until golden brown.
Sauté chopped onion and garlic in a pan.
Add the marinated meat to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Add the fried eggplant and seasoning sauce to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour in water and let it simmer. Add cornstarch water to thicken the sauce.
Serve over white rice and garnish with green onions or scallions.
