Main Ingredients
- 1 whole pollock
- 1.5 handfuls radish
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 4 cups kelp stock
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Slice radish into thin pieces, cut green onion and chili pepper diagonally, and slice tofu into flat pieces as preferred.
Rinse the pollock under running water and pat dry.
In a pot, add kelp stock and half of the seasoning ingredients along with the radish. Bring to a boil.
Once the radish is almost cooked, add the pollock, tofu, and remaining seasoning. Continue boiling.
Add green onion and chili pepper, then boil briefly. Adjust seasoning to taste.
