- 1 pack inari sushi wrappers
 - 200g konjac
 
Seasonings
- 1-2 drops vinegar
 - 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - A pinch of pepper
 - 💧 2 tbsp water

Boil water and add 1-2 drops of vinegar. Blanch the konjac in the water.
Chop the blanched konjac into small pieces.
In a frying pan, combine chopped konjac, soy sauce, water, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, and a pinch of pepper. Simmer until the liquid is reduced.
Cool the simmered konjac mixture.
Stuff the cooled konjac mixture into the inari sushi wrappers.
