    • 🧈 1 block tofu
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp perilla oil
    • 💧 100 ml water
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Drain the tofu and remove excess moisture.

Slice the onion thinly and chop the green onion.

Mix the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce: water, soy sauce, chili powder, oyster sauce, minced garlic, sugar, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Heat vegetable oil and perilla oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the tofu on both sides for about 1 minute each.

Add the vegetables and sauce to the pan with the tofu. Simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Cover the pan and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Serve hot with rice or wrap in seaweed for a complete meal.
