- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasonings
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Sprinkle salt on tofu and fry it in oil. Mix all the seasonings together.

Cook one side of the tofu, flip it, and add the onion to cook alongside.

Once the tofu is golden brown, spread the seasoning evenly and braise. Add water gradually until slightly saucy.

Simmer on medium heat for 5–10 minutes. Optionally, add chopped chili peppers for extra spice.
