Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 1 handful dalrae
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🧂 1 pinch salt

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt. Place on a kitchen towel for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Chop the dalrae into small pieces and set aside.
Beat the eggs well, mix in the chopped dalrae, and add a pinch of salt.
Heat a pan with oil over low heat.
Coat the tofu pieces lightly with flour. Dip them into the egg mixture.
Pan-fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
