Vegetables
- 5cm daikon, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
 
Seafood
- 3 crab sticks, hand-torn
 
Dressing
- 1 tbsp kabosu juice
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 🍬 2 tsp sugar
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
Optional
- Kabosu for squeezing
 
BƯỚC
Thinly slice the daikon and cut into 1cm strips. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
Mix kabosu juice, olive oil, sugar, and soy sauce in a container to make the kabosu dressing.
In a bowl, combine daikon, kaiware sprouts, hand-torn crab sticks, and the dressing. Toss well. Serve in a dish and squeeze kabosu on top as desired.
