Main Ingredients
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🐟 1 can tuna (90g)
- 🍚 400g cooked rice
- 3 sheets gimbap seaweed
Rice Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cucumber Pickling Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
BƯỚC
Thinly slice the cucumbers using a slicer.
Mix sliced cucumbers with vinegar, oligosaccharide, and salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Remove excess water from the pickled cucumbers.
Mix cooked rice with mayonnaise, black pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Add the drained tuna to the seasoned rice and mix well.
Spread the rice mixture evenly on the rough side of the seaweed sheet.
Place the pickled cucumbers on top of the rice.
Roll the gimbap tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
