- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 2 tbsp crushed sesame seeds

Boil bean sprouts and julienned carrots together in a pot of boiling water.

After boiling for 7-8 minutes, rinse the vegetables in cold water 2-3 times and soak them in ice water for 3 minutes.
