Batter
- 🌾 1 cup flour or pancake mix
- 💧 1 cup water
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
Vegetables
- 🧅 500 won coin-sized bunch of green onions
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and chopped
Cooking Oil
- Generous amount of cooking oil

Wash the green onions thoroughly, peel the root skin, and trim the ends. Let them dry in a colander.
Mix water and flour in a 1:1 ratio to create the batter.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce to the batter for flavor.
Cut the green onions into desired lengths, ideally around 6–7 cm.
Clean and chop the squid into small pieces.
Mix the green onions and squid into the batter.
Heat a pan with generous cooking oil. Pour the mixed batter onto the pan and cook on high heat until crispy.
