- Seafood - 🐚 500-600g clams
 
- Dairy - 🧈 1.5 tbsp butter
- 🥛 4 tbsp heavy cream
 
- Vegetables - 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped scallions
- A pinch of chopped parsley
 
- Liquids - 🍷 3/4 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 🍋 3/4 tbsp lemon juice
 
BƯỚC
Soak clams in salted water to remove sand.
Heat a pot and melt 1 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and chopped scallions, then sauté until fragrant.
Add clams and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Pour in white wine and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until clams open.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, 0.5 tbsp butter, and heavy cream.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
