Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 potato
 - Adequate amount of cream
 - 🥛 Adequate amount of milk
 - 1 serving of udon noodles
 - 🥓 2 strips of bacon
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 2 tbsp curry powder
 
BƯỚC
Boil the potato until soft and place it in a blender.
Add milk and cream in a 2:1 ratio to the blender.
Blend the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy, not watery.
Slice the onion into thin strips and cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and bacon.
Add 250ml of water and the udon noodles to the pan.
Cook until the noodles are fully separated and softened.
Add 2 tbsp of curry powder to the pan and mix until the sauce thickens.
Transfer the noodles and sauce to a serving bowl.
Drizzle the blended cream mixture over the top and serve.
