 - 🥚 3 eggs
 - 🍬 170g sugar
 - 🧂 1 pinch salt

In a bowl, mix softened butter and cream cheese with a whisk until smooth. Gradually add sugar and salt in three portions, creaming the mixture.
Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually add egg whites in three portions, mixing thoroughly.
Sift cake flour and baking powder into the mixture. Fold gently using a spatula in a cutting motion, drawing a # shape.
Pour the batter into prepared muffin molds lined with parchment paper, filling each about 70% full.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes. Perform a toothpick test; if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
