    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🦐 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
  • Salt Water Ingredients

    • 💧 3 cups water
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt

Slice radish into thin pieces, cut tofu into bite-sized cubes, slice shiitake mushrooms, and diagonally cut green onion and chilies.

Wash oysters in salted water by gently shaking them, then drain using a sieve.

In a pot, add water, radish, and shiitake mushrooms. Boil on high heat.

Once boiling, add oysters and seasoning ingredients.
