- 118g grated carrot and apple pulp
- 75g cake flour
- 6g baking powder
- 🌰 2g cinnamon powder
- 50g grapeseed oil
- 🧂 60g brown sugar
- 🥚 60g egg
- 🌰 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Prepare grated carrot and apple pulp, and finely chop the nuts.
In a bowl, mix grapeseed oil and brown sugar gradually until smooth. Add the egg and mix until creamy.
Sift the dry ingredients (cake flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder) into the bowl and mix lightly until no dry flour is visible.
Add the grated carrot and apple pulp along with the chopped nuts, and mix evenly.
Pour the batter into a mold, sprinkle some extra nuts on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
