- 130g cake flour
- 🥛 50g milk
- 🍫 30g cocoa powder

- 20g oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine

Mix milk, cocoa powder, salt, oil, and cooking wine in a separate bowl. Add a scoop of the batter and mix well.
Combine the cocoa mixture back into the main batter and mix gently.
Pour the batter into muffin cups lined with parchment paper, filling them to 70% capacity.
Top with a small chunk of chocolate for added flavor and decoration.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes until fully cooked and fragrant.
