Main Ingredients
- 1 pack crab sticks
 - 🥚 2 eggs
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 2 tbsp cornstarch
 - 1 shiitake mushroom
 - 1 enoki mushroom
 - 1/2 green onion
 
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 🧂 0.3 tsp salt
 - 1 tbsp cooking oil
 
BƯỚC
Heat a pot and add cooking oil. Sauté chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add sliced onion and continue sautéing until softened.
Add shiitake mushroom, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until mushrooms are tender.
Add enoki mushrooms and stir briefly. Avoid overcooking to retain their crunchy texture.
Pour 700ml of water into the pot and bring to a boil.
Shred crab sticks into small pieces and add them to the boiling soup.
Mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water to create a slurry. Gradually add to the soup while stirring to thicken.
Beat 2 eggs and slowly pour into the soup while stirring gently.
Transfer the soup to serving bowls and enjoy warm.
