 - 🥬 150g grated daikon
 - 1 tbsp potato starch
 - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 - 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
Seasoning
- 50ml concentrated soy sauce (3x)
 - 💧 100ml water
 - 1/2 tsp grated ginger
