    • 🧀 3 handfuls mozzarella cheese
    • 🌽 1 handful sweet corn
  • Seasoning Sauce

    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 5-7 pepperoncino
    • 3 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp rice wine
    • 1 pinch black pepper
    • 🧂 1 pinch salt
  • Odor Removal Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp doenjang
    • 1 piece ginger
    • 10 whole black peppercorns

Mix all seasoning sauce ingredients in a bowl with 2-3 cups of water until smooth.

Boil pork ribs in a deep pot with enough water to cover them. Add ginger, doenjang, and whole black peppercorns. Boil for 10-15 minutes.

Rinse boiled pork ribs under running water and cut into individual portions.

Coat the ribs with the prepared seasoning sauce and let them marinate for half a day. Skip marination if short on time.

Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated ribs with 1-2 ladles of seasoning sauce until golden and slightly charred.

Melt mozzarella cheese in a non-stick pot over the lowest heat until smooth.

Serve the cooked ribs with melted cheese on a plate.
