Make a slit in the cod roe skin and remove the contents.

Add cauliflower and 3 tbsp water to a frying pan, cover, and heat on medium until steam appears. Steam for 2 minutes.

Remove the lid and stir-fry to evaporate excess water. Add butter and stir until melted and evenly coated.

Add sake and cod roe, and stir-fry until the cod roe changes color.
