Dough Ingredients
- 🟤 3 tbsp brown sugar
 - 3 cups glutinous rice flour
 - 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
 - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - A pinch of baking soda
 - 2/3 tbsp baking powder
 - 💧 1/2 cup hot water
 
Filling Ingredients
- 🥕 1 finely chopped carrot
 - 3 tbsp powdered sugar
 - 🧀 4 tbsp cream cheese
 - 🧈 2 tbsp butter
 
Coating Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sugar
 - A pinch of cinnamon powder
 
Frying
- Enough oil for deep frying

Finely chop the carrot and sauté with 1 tbsp powdered sugar until moisture evaporates. Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, butter, and 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Add the sautéed carrot and combine. Transfer to a piping bag.
Combine brown sugar, glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add hot water while mixing until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 50g portions and roll into balls.
Heat oil to 180°C and fry the dough balls for about 8 minutes, rolling them occasionally.
Mix sugar and cinnamon powder. Coat the fried donuts evenly and let cool.
Cut a small hole (2cm) on the top of each donut and pipe the cream cheese filling into the hole.
