    • 1 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp plum syrup
    • 1 tbsp perilla oil
    • 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Wash the cabbage leaves thoroughly.

Blanch the cabbage stems in boiling water for 2-5 minutes, then rinse in cold water and squeeze out excess water.

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and squeeze out water again.

Place the cabbage in a bowl.

Add 1 tbsp doenjang, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp plum syrup, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp perilla oil, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
