    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 pinch of pepper

Slice 1/2 onion and 1/4 carrot into thin strips.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 2 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and a pinch of pepper.

Marinate 300g bulgogi beef with the sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the marinated beef and sliced onion.

Add the sliced carrot and 400g rice cakes to the pan. Pour in 100ml water and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Turn off the heat and drizzle a small amount of sesame oil. Mix well before serving.
