- 150g black rice
- 🌰 150g mixed nuts
- 200g rice syrup
- A small amount of sesame oil
BƯỚC
Place black rice in a dry pan and stir over high heat until popped. Cover the pan to prevent rice from scattering.
Once the black rice is popped, add mixed nuts and lightly stir-fry together.
Turn off the heat and mix in the rice syrup.
Grease a mold with sesame oil and press the mixture firmly into the mold.
Refrigerate until set, then cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
