- 🍄 40g enoki mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Sauce
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 1.5 tbsp water
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1/3 tbsp mustard
- Pinch of ground pepper
