Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
- 🍄 1/3 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 10 stalks green onion
- 15 perilla leaves
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Trim the enoki mushrooms, julienne the carrot, cut green onions into 5-6 cm pieces, and halve the perilla leaves.
Pat the beef slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Lay out the beef slices, place a perilla leaf on top, and add prepared vegetables. Roll tightly.
Heat oil generously in a pan and place the rolls seam-side down. Cook while rolling to ensure even browning.
Add soy sauce, plum extract, cooking wine, and water to the pan. Spoon the sauce over the rolls as they cook.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil for added aroma and flavor.
