Beef Preparation
- 🥩 200g ground beef
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Gochujang Sauce
- 6 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 🧅 1 handful green onion, finely chopped
Cooking Essentials
- Adequate amount of vegetable oil
- Adequate amount of sesame seeds
Optional Bibimbap Toppings
- Adequate amount of sprouts
- 🥚 1 soft-fried egg
- Adequate amount of silken tofu

Remove excess blood from ground beef using paper towels. Mix with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and cooking wine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Prepare the gochujang sauce by mixing gochujang, sugar, and sesame oil.
Finely chop a handful of green onion and 1/4 onion.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion and onion until fragrant.
Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry, breaking up any clumps.
Pour in the prepared gochujang sauce and mix well with the beef. Simmer briefly.
Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and drizzling sesame oil over the dish.
Serve with optional toppings like sprouts, soft-fried egg, or silken tofu for a complete bibimbap.
