Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g beef
- 200g boiled radish greens
- 🧅 1/2 bunch green onion
- 12 cups anchovy kelp stock
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp perilla oil
- 6 tbsp perilla powder
Seasoning for Radish Greens
- 4 tbsp soybean paste
- 2 tsp chili paste
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning for Beef
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp perilla oil

Blanch radish greens in boiling water with a pinch of salt, then rinse 2-3 times in cold water.
Squeeze out excess water from the blanched radish greens and cut into 2cm pieces.
Mix the radish greens with soybean paste, chili paste, and minced garlic.
Season the beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, and perilla oil.
Slice the green onion diagonally and prepare the perilla powder.
Heat a pot over medium heat, add 1 tsp perilla oil, and stir-fry the seasoned beef.
Add the seasoned radish greens and anchovy kelp stock to the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Season the soup with soy sauce, then add green onion and perilla powder. Cook for an additional minute.
