- 1 handful beef brisket
- 🍆 1 handful eggplant
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🍄 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Wash the eggplants thoroughly and prepare them.
Take the beef brisket out of the freezer and prepare it.
Prepare leftover vegetables like onion, carrot, and mushrooms. Onion is essential.
Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces. If you dislike the mushy texture, cut them larger.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the eggplants.
Add the beef brisket to the pan and stir-fry together. The eggplants will release water, and the brisket will release oil.
Add oyster sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Adjust the oyster sauce to taste.
Add prepared onion, mushrooms, and carrots to the pan.
Stir-fry until the onion is cooked. The dish is now ready to serve.
