Main Ingredients
- 300g thinly sliced pork belly
- 400g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 10 perilla leaves, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper

Prepare the ingredients by slicing the green onion, onion, perilla leaves, and king oyster mushroom. Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Mix chili powder, gochujang, soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the seasoning sauce.
In a large pan, layer the bean sprouts at the bottom, followed by the king oyster mushroom, onion, pork belly, perilla leaves, and green onion.
Pour the seasoning sauce over the layered ingredients and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the pork is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
After finishing the bulgogi, add cooked rice, seaweed, and kimchi to the pan to make fried rice.
