- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 A sprinkle of black pepper
 
- Sauce - 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍯 1 tbsp corn syrup
 
BƯỚC
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and let them drain.
Slice the onion and chop the green onion.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat a pan and add 2 handfuls of pork belly slices.
Sprinkle black pepper over the pork belly as it cooks.
Add the bean sprouts, onion, and green onion to the pan.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan.
Stir-fry everything until the bean sprouts soften slightly.
