- 🌱 2 cups soybeans
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍖 1/2 piece ham
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
- 🍅 2 cups tomato sauce

Boil soaked soybeans in water for about 10 minutes.
Dice zucchini, onion, and ham into similar sizes as the soybeans.
Chop garlic into large pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic.
Add onion, zucchini, and ham to the pan and continue sautéing.
Add the boiled soybeans and tomato sauce to the pan and simmer until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper, and optionally garnish with basil or parsley.
Serve with bread on the side.
