Main Ingredients
- 200g tteokbokki rice cakes
- 100g glass noodles
- 3 strips bacon
- 🦐 4 cocktail shrimp
- 6 Vienna sausages
Seasonings and Sauces
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 pepperoncino
- 🥛 400-450ml milk
- 1/3 tbsp chicken stock
- 1.5 tbsp basil pesto
- 🧀 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of parsley flakes
- Adequate amount of olive oil

Cook the bacon in a pan and set it aside.
Heat olive oil in the pan and sauté minced garlic, pepperoncino, shrimp, and Vienna sausages lightly.
Add milk and chicken stock to the pan. Once it starts boiling, stir in basil pesto.
Add tteokbokki rice cakes and glass noodles. Cook until they are fully softened.
Mix in grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
Plate the tteokbokki, top with cooked bacon, and sprinkle parsley flakes to finish.
