- 💧 1/3 cup water

- Sesame oil as needed

Crack 6 eggs into a bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp sugar to the eggs.
Pour in 1/3 cup water and whisk the mixture thoroughly.
Pour the egg mixture into a clay pot, filling it up to 80%.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally as the mixture begins to set.
When the eggs are about 80–90% cooked, cover the pot with a lid and reduce the heat to low.
Wait for 3 minutes or until you hear a slight sizzling sound or see steam escaping.
Remove the lid and garnish with chopped green onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
