Wash the green onions thoroughly, peel off the outer layer, and cut each stalk in half lengthwise.

Slice the onion thinly. This completes the preparation of the ingredients.

Mix the green onions with 6 tbsp of anchovy sauce and let them sit for 10 minutes until softened.

After 10 minutes, add the sliced onion to the softened green onions.
