ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 1 tbsp basil pesto
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 12g fresh basil leaves
- 💧 280ml water
Optional Ingredients
- 🥖 1 baguette
- 🍝 1 cup penne pasta
ШАГИ
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then slice thinly into fan shapes.
Place zucchini and 280ml water in a pot, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Let it cool after cooking.
Remove stems from fresh basil leaves.
Blend all ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
Serve chilled as a soup or pair with bread, ham, or mix with pasta.
