- 200g cake flour
- 5g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 90g butter
- 🧂 50g sugar
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp yuzu jam
- 5g vanilla extract

Cream the butter at room temperature, then gradually add sugar in three portions, mixing well after each addition.
Beat the eggs and add them to the butter-sugar mixture in three portions, mixing quickly to prevent separation.
Sift the cake flour and baking powder, then fold them into the wet mixture until combined.
Pour the batter into a prepared pan, tap the pan to remove air bubbles, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
With 10 minutes remaining, brush 1 tbsp of yuzu jam evenly over the top of the cake.
