ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1 handful young radish kimchi
- 1 serving somen noodles
- 🥚 1/2 boiled egg
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🍎 1 apple, julienned
Bibim Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- To taste sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Boil 1 serving of somen noodles in a pot of boiling water until cooked.
While the noodles are boiling, prepare the bibim sauce by mixing gochujang, sugar, chili powder, soy sauce, and plum extract in a bowl.
Drain the cooked noodles and rinse under cold water to cool. Remove excess water.
Julienne the cucumber and apple for garnish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the noodles with the prepared sauce and 2 tbsp sesame oil. Mix well.
Transfer the mixed noodles to a serving bowl. Top with young radish kimchi, julienned cucumber, julienned apple, and 1/2 boiled egg.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
