ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 120g yellowtail sashimi
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
ШАГИ
Cut the mizuna into 4cm pieces. Julienne the carrot. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Chop the parsley.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (olive oil, salt, parsley, lemon juice). Add the yellowtail and onion, then mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, gently mix the mizuna and carrot.
Plate the mizuna and carrot mixture, then top with the marinated yellowtail and onion.
