Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🥕 1/12 carrot
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/8 onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Slice onion, carrot, and green onion into 0.5cm pieces. Adjust quantities as needed.
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, remove excess water, and sprinkle with salt.
Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the seasoning.
Add the seasoning and 1/2 cup of water to the fried tofu and simmer.
Transfer the braised tofu to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
