ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
 - 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
 - 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 🐟 1/2 can of tuna, drained
 - 🧈 Butter for greasing
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 1 1/2 tsp consomme powder
 - 🥛 3 tbsp milk
 - 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
 - 🌿 1 tsp chopped parsley
 
ШАГИ
Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes, halve the cherry tomatoes, and drain the canned tuna.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and add all the seasonings (☆). Mix well, then add the avocado, tuna, and parsley.
Grease the inside of a ramekin or small oven-safe dish with butter. Pour in the egg mixture and place the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown. Cover with aluminum foil and continue baking until the center is fully cooked.
